About My Shetland Sheepdogs
I breed to meet my needs and sell the balance of the litter to others wanting high quality Shetland Sheepdogs.
All my shelties are raised in the house. All the adults who are used for breeding are tested. They are checked by an Ophthalmologist for eye problems, hips x-rayed then sent to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals to be read and blood work done for the thyroid. All dogs must pass all the tests to be used in my breeding program. I only breed to outside studs who are tested and would be an asset to my breeding program. Testing the parents minimizes the puppies to have any health problems. Puppies sold as pets, are expected to be neutered. Dogs sold for breeding and showing are left open. Puppies leave at seven to eight weeks, with two wormings, first set of shots and vet checked. When you leave with a sheltie puppy, I am there for you to answer any questions and help you as long as you need me
